The project was then vetted by the investment committee. Once due diligence commenced, all other departments became engaged in the transaction. A property manager was brought onboard and quickly began work to become acquainted with the new tenants, leasing put together new lease agreements, and the investor relations coordinator began developing marketing materials for the new addition to Broder & Sachse Real Estates portfolio.
