Neatly dressed and with a big smile, we suddenly had a character to embody our Core Values and favorite sayings! Since then, he has adorned our office walls and white boards, reminding team members to Raise the Bar. At The Enterprise, we aim to be an industry leader through our unique approach to project management, attention to detail, and respect for our team members. Rayisms are not some top-down, bureaucratic management strategy; they communicate our values both inside and outside our company. We hire based on our Core Values, but we work, train, and grow through our Rayisms. Since our companies are always growing and changing, we can expect our Rayisms to change as well.
