b'STORY TIMETHE LAST 1% IS ALL THECLIENT REMEMBERSWith a partnership lasting well over five years, the Sachse Construction team was hired to buildout another luxury retail space for Gucci at the Mall at Millenia in Orlando, FL. Upon completion of our onsite punch list walkthrough with the Gucci Project Manager, Ho Chi, became concerned with the outstanding items. Although Sachse Construction was performing on schedule, Ho Chi had found out his direct supervisor would be visiting the site in just three days. Feeling the pressure, he called Jeremy Gershonowicz, Vice President, Director of Retail at Sachse Construction. Jeremy accepted the challenge and made sure to communicate with the project team on the expedited schedule. The project team took immediate action and created a plan to complete the punch list and all associated tasks within the next 72 hours. In addition, Project Manager, Tony Mazzotta, offered to be onsite until Ho Chis supervisor arrived. Talk about all hands on deck! Ho Chi was very grateful for Sachse Constructions support and dedication to this project.Later that week, Jeremy received a call from Ho Chi thanking the Sachse Construction team and raving about all the steps taken to complete the punch list in a timely manner. He specifically called to let us know our actions in the last 1% of the project were beyond noticed, by him, his supervisor, and the entire Gucci team. Thanks to this project teams successes, Sachse Construction and Gucci are continuing their amazing partnership.73'
