Sachse Construction Superintendent Bill Verbeek noticed that the wiring installed by the electricians was visible from the ceiling, which did not match the sleek design aesthetic of the space. This posed a little problem that could potentially develop into a much bigger one if not addressed in a timely manner. From ordering extra wiring and mounting additional cable trays to the pressures of completing this sequence of work before the installation of the monoglass acoustical ceiling, the exposed wire issue needed to be resolved immediately. Bill decided to hide any otherwise-exposed wiring over the ductwork and engaged Stuart Mechanicals Jameson Schmaltz to complete the task. During installation, the open ceiling concept proved difficult. Jameson meticulously hid wires above duct work and ran wires back to unexposed areas before routing them back out to the next box. This unconventional installation could have been considered difficult to many, but to Jameson it was a welcome challenge. As furniture was reconfigured and wall hangings were set in place, Jameson quickly changed thermostat locations always ensuring convenient access and hidden wires. Jamesons rapid solutions and professional attitude kept Bill happy even when the scope exceeded the original plan.In the end, Bill Verbeek was proud to have worked with Jameson. No matter what came his way, Jameson always quickly took action to ensure welcome challenges didnt turn into detrimental problems.76'
