Danny quickly apologized for the problem andoffered to bring out an engineer to inspect the floors and guide the projectto completion.Upon inspection, the engineer found that the floors were in fact being installed on a slantand helped the Z Team determine the necessary next steps.Danny and his team owned the installation issues, apologized to the client, and assured him they would do whatever it took to fix the problem. The Z Team proceeded to work 12-hour shifts for three straight weeks (including Saturdays and Sundays) to fix the uneven floors before the clients graduation party.Although the project had its drawbacks, the Z Team did the right thing by owning the problem and offering solutions.
